Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with property managers to ensure timely submission of property management reports.
- Support the onboarding of property managers and guide them through the data submission process.
- Map, reconcile, and validate data between 4see and property manager submissions.
- Configure and maintain Chart of Accounts (COA) mappings and related data structures.
- Review financial and non-financial data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Identify missing, incorrect, or anomalous data and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct data validation, quality checks, and analytical reviews to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Review OCR-processed invoices for accuracy and completeness prior to approval workflows.
- Liaise with vendors regarding invoice corrections, clarifications, and supporting documentation.
- Support invoice approval workflows and managed services operations across real estate portfolios.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in real estate leasing, property operations, finance, accounting, or managed services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to identify inconsistencies, errors, and anomalies within financial and operational datasets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage large datasets, multiple workstreams, and follow-up activities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or professional background in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- Experience working with real estate technology platforms such as Yardi, MRI Software, or similar systems.
- Understanding of invoice processing, OCR validation, Accounts Payable processes, and General Ledger (GL) coding.
- Familiarity with property management reporting and financial reconciliation processes.
