Job Specification:

  • Undertake full responsibility of a client relationship regarding accounting deliverables, supported by the Manager;
  • Liaise with clients confidently and knowledgeably, proactively solve issues and respond to inquiries;
  • Arrange the production of accounting deliverables for a diverse portfolio of real estate clients (Soparfi, SIF, SICAR, SCSp and RAIF maintained under LUX GAAP);
  • Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of the consolidation, NAV-calculation and other complex calculations in accordance with the fund documentation;
  • Assist with planning of annual audits and liaise with different counterparties to establish timetables for the receipt of valuations, advisers’ reports and other relevant information;
  • Provide regular feedback and trainings to Fund Accountants and Trainees.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or Finance (on-going ACCA qualification or equivalent would be considered an asset);
  • Between 3 and 5 years of relevant professional experience in Real Estate / Private Equity in Luxembourg, preferably gained with a fund/corporate administrator or Big 4;
  • Knowledge about legal structures and tax environment in Luxembourg;
  • Ability to multi-task, well organised and able to meet the deadlines in a fast-paced work environment;
  • Excellent numeracy, analytical and organisational skills, ability to conduct a thorough self-review;
  • Ability to think out of the box and deliver pragmatic solutions;
  • Team spirit and ability to work in a collaborative work environment;
  • Excellent inter-personal skills in dealing with both clients and colleagues;
  • Fluent English (German or any other language would be considered as a plus).
