ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Senior Yardi Consultant to join our growing practice across implementation delivery, data migration, and ongoing helpdesk support. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that spans the full project lifecycle — from initial configuration and data cutover through to post-go-live support and end-user enablement.

The ideal candidate brings deep, multi-module Yardi expertise — across Core, Commercial, Residential, Procure to Pay, Finance, and the Yardi Elevate product suite — and is comfortable switching context between strategic implementation work and day-to-day support responsibilities. Shift flexibility is essential as our engagements span multiple time zones and support windows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Implementation & Configuration

  • Lead end-to-end Yardi implementations across Core, Commercial, Residential, P2P, and Finance modules.
  • Configure system workflows, approval chains, charge codes, GL mappings, and user roles per client requirements.
  • Conduct requirements workshops, gap analysis, and solution design sessions with client stakeholders.
  • Manage UAT cycles — prepare test scripts, track defects, and validate resolutions before go-live.
  • Support training delivery for end users and client administrators across all configured modules.

Data Migration

  • Own the full data migration lifecycle: data mapping, extraction, transformation, loading, and validation.
  • Develop and maintain migration templates, field mapping documents, and cutover runbooks.
  • Perform data cleansing and reconciliation to ensure integrity across source and target systems.
  • Coordinate parallel run activities and sign-off with client teams prior to final cutover.
  • Troubleshoot migration exceptions and data load failures, resolving issues within agreed timelines.

Helpdesk & Post-Go-Live Support

  • Provide Tier 1–3 support for live Yardi environments, triaging and resolving incidents within SLA.
  • Log, track, and close support tickets with clear documentation of root cause and resolution steps.
  • Perform system administration tasks including user management, security role updates, and configuration changes.
  • Identify recurring issues and work with the team to implement permanent fixes or knowledge-base articles.
  • Participate in shift-based support rotas to ensure coverage across client operating hours and time zones.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of hands-on Yardi implementation and configuration experience across multiple modules.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end data migration projects, including cutover planning and execution.
  • Experience providing structured helpdesk / managed services support in a Yardi environment.
  • Strong analytical skills — ability to interpret data, identify anomalies, and trace root causes quickly.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in rotational / shift-based schedules, including evenings and weekends when required.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Excel (data manipulation, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) for migration and reconciliation work.
  • Strong documentation habits — configuration guides, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge-base articles.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Yardi certification(s) across one or more modules.
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager 7S or Yardi Breeze Premier.
  • Familiarity with SQL or Yardi's built-in reporting tools (YSR, Spreadsheet Designer, Jasper).
  • Exposure to FTP / API-based integrations between Yardi and third-party platforms.
  • Prior experience in a managed services or BPO model supporting multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Understanding of real estate accounting principles (CAM reconciliations, lease accounting, IFRS 16).
