Role SummaryThe Analyst - Closed Ended - Corporate Services supports a portfolio of FSC-regulated funds, SPVs, and investment management entities domiciled in Mauritius. The role is responsible for corporate secretarial, governance, compliance, and client servicing activities, ensuring entities remain compliant with Mauritian statutory and regulatory requirements.
This position plays a key role in supporting Mauritius substance requirements by maintaining statutory records, coordinating governance activities, and providing operational support to Mauritius-based management teams.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain statutory records, corporate documents, and governance files for client entities.
- Coordinate board and shareholder meetings, including agendas, resolutions, and minutes.
- Support regulatory filings, annual returns, and ongoing compliance obligations.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients, regulators, directors, and internal stakeholders on day-to-day matters.
- Support KYC, due diligence, and entity lifecycle events, including incorporations and changes.
- Ensure corporate records and supporting documentation are properly maintained in Mauritius.
- Assist in governance, compliance, and operational matters to support local management and regulatory expectations.
- Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Corporate Governance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in Corporate Services, Company Secretarial, Governance, Compliance, or Fund Administration.
- Knowledge of Mauritius regulatory and corporate governance requirements is desirable.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
