Account Manager, Japan Desk
Location: Shanghai
The Apex Group has an exciting opportunity for a Account Manager for Japan Desk to join an inclusive and welcoming team in Shanghai. The job offers a favorable salary and benefits package, including the opportunity to explore flexible working arrangements.
Job specification
  • Maintaining the Funds accounts in accordance with relevant GAAP including periodic reconciliations; 根据相关公认会计原则维护基金账户,包括定期对账
  • Annual preparation of Financial Statements incl. relevant GAAP Notes编制财务报表的年度,包括相关的公认会计原则注释
  • Team management including training junior staffs, review during daily operating and process improvement. 团队管理,包括新人培训,日常复核以及流程梳理及改善。
  • Take lead in communication with client 主导与客户之间的沟通
  • Coordinate with Tax advisor for Tax prepare and filing.; 与税务顾问协调进行税务准备和归档
  • Coordinate with Auditor for Audit report; 与审计师协调审计报告
  • Coordinate with Tokyo Team and respond to requirements from Clients on timely basis. 与东京团队协调,及时响应客户的要求
Skills Required:
  • Over 6 years experience in accounting and fund administration, knowledge in JGAAP preferred; 6年以上会计及基金管理经验,熟悉JGAAP者优先;
  • Excellent speaking & reading in both English and Japanese;;优秀的英语日语读写能力
  • Self-driven, detail oriented, be of high responsibility and good communication skill;自我驱动,注重细节,责任心强,沟通能力强
  • Skilled in Excel; 精通Excel
  • CPA/ACCA participator is a plus. 优先考虑CPA/ACCA candidate
