Apex Group is looking for an Administrator to join a growing team providing a full suite of fund accounting and financial reporting services to our private Debt fund clients in Jersey. In your first few weeks in this Administrator role, you can expect to:
  • Work with the Manager to ensure the completion of NAVs, Management Reporting and Statutory reporting of corporate entities
  • Ensure that client responsibilities are managed effectively and to agreed client, best practice, regulatory and statutory deadlines
  • Assist with the preparation of quarterly NAVs and annual statutory financials statements
  • Assist with cash management and bank payments and taking responsibility for all bookkeeping of clients in portfolio
