Senior Depository Officer
Do you have Senior Depositary Officer experience, and are you seeking a new job in Netherlands? Apex Group is looking for a Senior Depositary Officer, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.
As a Senior Depositary Officer, you will review legal documentation related to funds and fund investments.
In your first few weeks in this Senior Depositary Officer role, you can expect to:
- Review legal documentation related to funds and fund investments
- Verify ownership and maintenance of the asset registers
- Support in the onboard process and ongoing review of fund managers, fund service providers and delegates
- Carry out the oversight duties which include investment compliance, income distribution, capital calls, subscriptions and redemptions, NAV’s, timely settlement and reconciliation of assets. All these activities are performed to determine whether fund acts in compliance with the fund documents and applicable law.
To apply for this Senior Depositary Officer role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
- A Bachelor or master’s degree in law/ economics with minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in fund accounting or equivalent areas within the financial services industry (preferred Asset Management)
- Knowledge of the AIFMD
- Fluency in English and at least a basic understanding of Dutch will be useful.
- Excellent analytical skills and affinity with figures
- Pro-active approach
