Client Services Officer
Sofia, Bulgaria


Apex Group is seeking a flexible, full-time Client Services Officer and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

Job specification

  • Maintain a good understanding of AML/KYC to work on day-to-day requests from internal and external providers
  • Proactive and ad-hoc reporting
  • Retrieve and compile data from internal systems for provision to clients on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
  • Record all client queries using the appropriate tools

Skills Required:

  • A degree in Business, Finance, Economics and experience in a similar position within the banking sector
  • A working knowledge of cash-related products
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken, and excellent communication skills, both written and oral
