As an Associate in the ESG Carbon team, you will be responsible for sophisticated data research, analysis and reporting. You will also be required to utilise the company's proprietary tools for carbon assessment and conduct independent research and development to improve their products and services while assisting in significant market engagement, through demonstrations to clients and prospects.
In your first few weeks in this ESG Associate role, you can expect to:
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions for investment managers and their portfolio companies on carbon footprints, emission reductions, and target-setting
- Guide companies, investors and analysts on how to calculate, understand and act on carbon footprint analysis to drive meaningful, measurable change
- Help define the direction and strategy of climate-related ESG insights for private companies, their investors, and the market as a whole
- Contribute to improving existing and create new ESG carbon-related products to help stakeholders across the private markets.
To apply for this ESG Associate role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Preference for candidates with at least 12 months relevant experience working in ESG advisory, climate change and risk mitigation and/or consultancy
- Significant experience in undertaking data analysis and research projects at a consultancy, financial institution or similar organisation
- The ability to engage, build rapport and influence a wide range of stakeholders, internal and external.
