Apex Group has an ideal opportunity for someone with Administrator experience seeking a new job in Saint Helier. We're looking for an Administrator, and the role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package.
As an Administrator in the Compliance Team, you will report to the Assistant Manager of Compliance and be responsible for several important administrative tasks. This will ultimately enable the Senior Manager, Associate Director and Compliance Officer/Money Laundering Compliance Officer to provide robust management information to the boards of regulated entities.
In your first few weeks in this Administrator role, you can expect to:
  • Assist with monitoring the Compliance email inbox to ensure tasks are allocated and dealt with promptly
  • Assist with the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) regulatory annual fees process
  • Assist with the screening process and the completion of AML Questionnaires and Letters
  • Maintain the Apex Compliance Team meeting documentation, taking minutes and updating the actions arising log
  • Liaise with employees on regulatory matters and assist with queries regarding relevant laws, orders or codes of practice

  • Knowledge of the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998 and any orders issued under the Law
  • Knowledge of the Code of Practice for Trust Company Business
