Description
Apex Group is looking for an experienced and collaborative Manager to join our inclusive team in Jersey, Channel Islands. This full-time Manager hybrid role is based in Saint Helier, Jersey, and offers a favourable salary and benefits, including flexible working arrangements.
Job specification
In your first few weeks in this Manager role, you can expect to:
- Provide leadership
- Take responsibility for the quality of the team’s output
- Ensure that client service tasks are planned and executed accurately and on time
- Work with the Finance Team to review the time recording and billing performance
- Measure service performance to support SLA reporting to clients
Skills Required:
To apply for this Manager role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
- Ability to reflect and review your actions and motivate yourself and your team
- Ability to think creatively and deliver pragmatic solutions
- Excellent IT skills
- General knowledge of banking/administration systems
