Senior Operations Specialist

Description
This is an exciting role for the successful candidate to take the next step in their career and help shape a growing superannuation business.
Job specification
- Designing and leading operational initiatives to drive business efficiencies and client satisfaction
- Act as liaison between external SOC auditor, Client Auditors and internal functions
- Establish new internal processes for Operations and Information Technology
- Monitor adherence to and manage annual accreditation process for ISO 27001
- Work with business to document, monitor and update internal controls
- Facilitating communication and collaboration across teams to maintain smooth operations and high service levels.
- Proactively act to identify and mitigate risks to the business and clients
Skills Required:
- Formal qualifications in a relevant field (Business, Finance; IT etc.)
- RG146 in Superannuation or ability to rapidly gain qualification
- Previous experience working in the Superannuation Industry and the provision of audit services
- Strong understanding of Financial Services Industry, with knowledge of key legislation and regulatory environment
- Ability to work independently and as a team to successfully meet contractual requirements
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills at all organisational levels
