Senior Associate Registry (12 months maternity cover)
Sydney
Description
This is a 12 months fixed term role to ensure the delivery of high quality and accurate services to clients and investors by providing exceptional oversight of our offshore teams.
Job specification
Effectively manage all investor enquiries for portfolio of funds on our top client list
Provide outstanding verbal and written customer service
First point of email contact for investors and financial advisors and clients
Accurately respond to queries by email in a timely and efficient manner
Proactively monitor queues within and ensure SLAs are met daily
Meet quantitative & qualitative KPIs
Assist Investor Services as required
Assist with oversight of offshore team
Assist Account Manager as required on the operational functions of funds / client
Skills Required:
Experience in email customer service
2 years customer services experience in a Contact Centre and or Operations

RG146 preferred
