As a Junior Client Onboarding Officer within Investor Services team, you will cover an assigned set of funds as a knowledgeable and professional point of contact for fund investors, fund managers and internal teams regarding fund documentation, investor registries and AML/KYC processing. You will also adhere to established policies, procedures, and controls.

In your first few weeks in this Investor Services role, you can expect to:

  • Adhere to established policies, procedures, and controls
  • Work with implementation and other internal teams to onboard new fund investors
  • Conduct and communicate AML and KYC checks for potential and current investors
  • Collaborate with all relevant parties using effective verbal and written communication to ensure deadlines and client deliverables are being met in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain knowledge of assigned funds, fund timelines, deal documentation and related processes
