- Work closely with the business
- Assess business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Design, configure, test, and deploy technical solutions
- Act as a technical expert and keep the Workday ecosystem up to date
- Provide end-to-end configuration for new locations and acquisitions (requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and training of HR staff)
- Implement changes and ad hoc fixes on existing configuration
- Provide end-user support through Service Now on various Workday related topics
- Very strong expertise in Workday HCM Modules
- Strong understanding in HR processes
- Stakeholder management
- Advanced analytical and technical skills
- Ability to work under pressure independently
- Self-driven and proactive
- Certificate in any of the Workday HCM Modules or relevant experience
- Fluent English
