Private Equity Depositary Analyst

Do you have Private Equity Depositary Analyst experience, and are you looking for a new opportunity in Bulgaria? Apex Group is seeking a Private Equity Depositary Analyst in Sofia, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package, along with the chance to join a progressive company.

As a Depositary Analyst, you will ensure that clients are monitored following AIFMD and adhere to the firm's internal policies. You are required to be a strong team player with a commitment to deliver outstanding client service. You will review and collect evidence for capital, investment and cash transactions.

In your first few weeks in this Private Equity Depositary Analyst role, you can expect to:

  • Perform quarterly bank and capital account reconciliations between the depositary and the AIFs

  • Obtain and review evidence in support of the independence and qualification of the investment valuation process

  • Ensure and evidence that the company has ownership of assets

  • You will also ensure that investment ledgers are reconciled and updated with the company's AIF.

To apply for this Private Equity Depositary Analyst role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:

  • 1+ years of experience in the banking sector

  • The ability to work independently as well as in a team

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • VBA and database skills are preferred but not mandatory.
