About us:
Holtara is a leading worldwide consultancy firm specializing in ESG advisory services. We help our clients navigate the complexities of ESG regulations, implement sustainable practices, and achieve their sustainability goals. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consultant with a legal background to join our dynamic team and form part of our Regulatory Hub.
Position Overview:
The Consultant will leverage his/her legal expertise to provide strategic advice and support to clients on ESG matters, focusing on regulatory compliance and best practices.
The ideal candidate will: Have in-depth knowledge of ESG regulations, particularly SFDR, SDR, and EU Taxonomy Regulation. Familiarity with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSSDD) is a plus.
Have excellent research, interpretation, and communication skills to effectively guide clients through the evolving ESG landscape.
Strong team player Strong power point skills
Strong critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop creative solutions.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific ESG challenges and regulatory landscape.
Interpret legal and regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable insights for clients.
Develop tailored ESG strategies that align with client goals, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder expectations.
Assist clients in implementing effective ESG programs and reporting frameworks.
Stay current on evolving ESG regulations and industry best practices.
Develop and deliver presentations and training materials on ESG topics.
Qualifications:
Law degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting or a related field.
Strong understanding of ESG principles and best practices
