For our business, for clients, and for you
- Download emails coming to generic email
- Forward emails onto the concerned staff
- Process Bank Transfers between 0900 -1430 hours
- Cross check transfers, clear log sheets, handle any special dispatch and liaise with staff concerning any queries
- Download rates from Bloomberg and MCB sites once a day and save in respective folders
- Forward any faxes received to concerned staff
- Filling of bank transfer log sheets (Signed hard copy)
- Hand over docs in safe as required by staffs
- Log all certificates going out of safe in safe log book and same is done when back from staffs.
- Make entries for new certificates/constitution in log sheet
- Issue New envelopes for all new companies
- Fill the CDF form and then archive all envelopes for the companies which have wound up or transferred to another Co.
- logging of incoming and outgoing documents on sharepoint
- logging of files going to EDM on sharepoint
- To cover at reception when required
- Using buyer hub on workday - create suppliers, requisitions
- To receive incoming courier/post and forward to reception.
- To cover other admin assistants during leave/sickness.
- To perform any other cognate duty as required”
Minimum requirements :-
- High school Certificate (HSC) holder,
- 1-2 years’ experience,
- Good Communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Good knowledge of MS office
- Ability to be proactive and take the initiative
- Experience as an admin assistant (An advantage)
- Experience as a receptionist (An Advantage)
