As a Workday Senior HCM & Tech Assurance Analyst, you will serve as a functional and technical expert for Workday.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Configuring and Maintaining Core HCM Modules such as Core, absence, payroll, benefits, and time tracking.
• Collaborating with HR and IT Teams: Work closely with HR and IT teams to gather system requirements and implement new features.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy technical solutions.
• Assess business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions, leading the implementation of new Workday HCM modules and features.
• Support with end-to-end configuration for new locations and acquisitions (requirements gathering, impact assessments, configuration, testing, deployment, and training of HR staff)
• Provide strong stakeholder management.
• Supporting the Workday roadmap, to align with business goals.

• BAU support – provide BAU support across the HCM modules via ServiceNow
• Deployment support – with internal stakeholders to ensure functionality and updates are embedded smoothly and enhancements are adopted correctly.
• Ensuring Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Tech audit checks to ensure HR Tech are complying with change management process and compliance.
• Implement and manage periodic controls to monitor; in line with Audit policy requirements
• Workday Release Management – ownership of end to end process for HCM.
• Work closely with data protection when necessary
• Developing System Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation.
• Act as a technical expert and keep the Workday ecosystem up to date
• Upskilling and knowledge sharing with the wider team.

Requirements/ Skills:

• Very strong expertise in Workday HCM Modules
• Strong understanding in HR processes
• Experience conducting Audits pertaining to Tech
• Stakeholder management
• Advanced analytical and technical skills
• Ability to work under pressure independently
• Self-driven and proactive
• Certificate in any of the Workday HCM Modules or relevant experience
• Fluent English
