As a Senior Securities & Derivatives Officer – Corporate Actions, you will be responsible to manage the lifecycle of financial instrument as follow:

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely processing of corporate action events (e.g. dividends, mergers, splits, tender offers, etc.)

• Interpreting complex event terms and assessing their impact on client portfolios

• Notifying clients of upcoming events and collect instructions when required

• Processing voluntary and mandatory events within defined deadlines and according to market standards

• Liaising with custodians, counterparties, fund managers, and other internal departments

• Investigating and resolving discrepancies or issues related to entitlements or instructions

• Reconciling financial instruments positions (internal versus sub custodian)

• Processing of Proxy Voting requests

• Booking and validation of securities (DVP/FOP)

• Booking and validation of derivatives transactions

• Processing of complex complaints

• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Active participation in process changes and adaptations

• Maintaining accurate documentations and audit trails

Experience and skills:

• University degree in Banking/ Finance /Accounting or related field

• 4+ years of experience in corporate actions, custody or securities operations role

• Strong understanding of financial instruments and corporate action event types

• High attention to detail

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent English spoken and written communication skills;

• Proficient computer literacy;

• Customer Focus;

• Willingness and ability to work in a team and meet deadlines;

• Adherence to procedures
