The Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the day to day administration of the funds and other vehicles that we service (incorporation / liquidation, board/shareholders meetings, investments transactions), liaison with external parties (AIFM, regulators, depositaries, notaries, ...);
- Attend to and lead the board / shareholders meetings;
- Approval and filing of the annual accounts (liaise with external auditors, organize board and shareholders meetings);
- Maintain the corporate governance of the clients and ensure following the regulatory requirements;
- Ensure the review of deliverables and oversight of the processes in place;
- Supervision of onshore and offshore teams, maintaining KPIs and providing support to the team leaders;
- Maintain close relationships with clients/departments/intermediaries and local authorities.
Skills Required:
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience of Traditional and Alternative Investment Fund Administration and Corporate Secretarial services in Private Equity in Luxembourg, preferably gained either in domiciliation activity or fund administration;
- Bachelor or Master degree in Corporate Law/Economics/Administration or any other related field;
- Team supervision and managerial experience of at least 1 year;
- Ability to multi-task, well organized and able to meet the deadlines in a fast-paced work environment;
- Strong knowledge of the Luxembourg Fund industry and Luxembourg corporate law;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to work on own initiative and be team spirit oriented;
- Excellent inter-personal skills in dealing with both clients and colleagues;
- Client-focused mindset and pragmatic approach;
- Very good organizational and administrative skills, and ability to identify and suggest procedural improvements;
- Fluent in English is mandatory (German and French or any other language would be considered as an asset);
- Very good working knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) with the ability to learn other relevant systems.
