French Accounting Client Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily accounting transactions (purchases, sales, bank and notary statements etc) according to French GAAP.

Fill all working sheets for cut off journal entries (French GAAP and IFRS).

Prepare bank transfers and fill checklists for review by lead.

Reconciliation of property manager and asset manager reports to ensure accounting records are accurate.

Upload all documents for vat returns.

Review of monthly vat returns.

Review of property manager reports.

Process review, client and audit comments and support the process to ensure the completion of milestones and deadlines.

Provide any legal or other documents to property manager or asset manager.

Perform other duties to support the lead and team.

Ensure high quality service delivery.

Profile:

Knowledge of French accounting software and OCR.

At least 4-5 years of experience in French accounting.

Excellent written and spoken French and English.

Exposure in working with other Teams across the Globe.
