Senior Financial Analyst

Job specification

  • Reporting to the Manager to manage and control legal entity books.

  • Responsible for ensuring accurate revenue recognition, streamlining invoicing processes, analysing monthly revenue.

  • Review of timesheets and finalising of monthly billing.

  • Streamlining & improving billing process to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness, and collaborating with stakeholders to issue invoices in time.

  • Preparing and presenting reports on revenue to FP&A global teams.

  • Coordinate and perform month-end closing and resolve issues timely to ensure accuracy and smooth process Handle ad-hoc projects.

  • Manage the intangible/software capitalisation process as part of the month end procedures.

  • Assist in preparation of monthly packs for month end reporting with FP&A teams

  • Assist in dealing with the external auditor and other professional parties.

  • Responding to queries from other parts of the Business and to customers pertaining to Invoices.

  • Participate in ad hoc assignments or other projects.

Skills Required:

  • Degree holder in Accounting /Finance and other related business discipline.

  • Experience of dealing with teams across the Globe with demonstrated ability to adhere to tight deadlines and work under pressure.

  • C.A., C.P.A., or equivalent qualification is an advantage.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.

  • Proven experience and understanding of accruals, revenue recognition, AR activities and financial reporting to delivery accurate and meaningful results.
