Job Specification:
- Proactively assist in managing a client portfolio focused on securitisation vehicles (the “SPV”), including all aspects of administration & company secretarial matters;
- Handling day-to-day legal and corporate operations ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner;
- Build detailed understanding of our client portfolio, entity specific requirements and applicable statutory regulations;
- Develop a trustful relationship with existing clients and other stakeholders, such as notaries, law firms or banks;
- Arrange and lead board meetings, prepare board packs, minutes and other appropriate records;
- Prepare client deliverables and support in the review of deliverables prepared by other team members;
- Oversee client transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, capital calls, distribution to investors, etc.), circulate and track documentation in an efficient and timely manner;
- Implement and improve client procedures and ensure team adherence to internal checklists and procedures;
- Assist with client billing and debtor collection;
- Prepare client´s due diligences and internal compliance reviews;
- Supervise and mentor administrators and trainee administrators within the team;
- Effective collaboration and reporting to team manager(s) and directors.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor degree in Economics / Business Administration or any other related field;
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the Luxembourg corporate administration industry;
- A sound knowledge of Luxembourg company law, ideally with knowledge of securitization law;
- Enthusiasm to expand your knowledge in the Luxembourg Capital Markets sector;
- Ability to work on own initiatives and be a team player at same time;
- Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues;
- Proficient user of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and IT hardware;
- Fluent in English is mandatory (German, French or any other language would be considered as an asset).
