The APEX Group is looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Depositary Officer to join our inclusive and collaborative team. This full-time Senior Depositary Officer role is based in Luxembourg and offers an attractive salary and benefits package, including the opportunity to be part of a positive and diverse workplace culture.
The Senior Depositary Officer position is an administration role within the business focused on supporting the Depositary team to meet all the service requirements of our clients. You will be employed in Luxembourg as a Senior Depositary Officer, reporting to the Manager/ Depositary Director in Luxembourg
To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to undertake:
- Supporting the Luxembourg Depositary team in providing depositary deliverables as defined in the AIFMD
- Working closely with the depositary team on client relationship management
- Ensuring that emerging issues are identified and resolved to enhance client service delivery
- Analyse funds in advance of take-on to ensure a full understanding of their purpose, structure and activity
- Performing Due Diligence in respect of depositary customer portfolio and third parties
To apply for this depositary officer role, you will need an economic or legal background (Bachelor required / Master preferable). You will also require:
- An understanding of the role of a Depositary under AIFMD (preferable)
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Excellent analytical skills and affinity with figures
