We currently hold fund and securitisation structures with a total value of $260 billion. This is mainly allocated to alternative investments, including real estate, private equity, private debt and renewable energies & infrastructure (as of March 31, 2024).

For the avoidance of doubt we do not deal with retail clients. We neither offer any securities (bonds, shares, notes etc.) nor do we act on behalf of any other financial institution to offer such securities to any clients.

As a Custody Reconciliation & Reporting Senior Specialist, you will be responsible to manage the following tasks:

Responsibilities

Regulatory Reporting like EMIR and MIFIR
Knowledge about EMIR contracts (ISDA, CSA) and EMIR REFIT guidelines
Portfolio Reconciliation related to EMIR requirements
Reconciliation of cash positions
Reconciliation of financial instruments positions
Reconciliation of Digital Banking transactions and positions
Collateral Management for OTC Derivatives and ETD
KPI Reporting and AUC Reporting to the Management Board
Working on projects
Any other duty, which is instructed directly by the managing directors in accordance with Article 6.2 of the employment agreement.

Experience and skills:

University degree in Banking/ Finance /Accounting or similar;
Excellent English spoken and written communication skills;
Very good computer literacy;
Understanding the banking industry;
Good understanding of the Custody business;
Customer Focus;
Concern for Quality;
Willingness and ability to work in a team and meet deadlines;
Adherence to procedures;
Attention to detail;
Very good Excel knowledge
