Job Overview
As part of the Investor Services team, you will serve as a key contact for fund investors, fund managers, and internal teams. You will support fund operations by managing investor documentation, maintaining registries, and conducting AML/KYC reviews, ensuring all processes are carried out with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary point of contact for investor-related queries across assigned funds.
• Review and process investor documentation, including AML/KYC checks, in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new investors and support ongoing investor lifecycle processes.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure client deliverables and deadlines are met.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fund structures, timelines, and documentation.
• Prioritize and organize tasks effectively, ensuring attention to detail and follow-through.
• Work efficiently under pressure and manage tight deadlines without compromising accuracy or service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Native Hebrew speaker; strong English proficiency preferred.
• Bachelor's degree related field preferred; relevant work experience needed.
• Strong client service orientation with clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and perform well under pressure.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to resolve issues and meet tight timelines.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.• Experience in fund administration, investment operations, or financial services is an advantage.
