Client Contract Management Senior Analyst - Level 1 Pune - India The successful candidate will join our Client Contract Management Team as a Senior Associate - Level 1 and will be responsible for supporting operations in ClientOnboarding and Client Contract Management’s team. The Candidate must have good knowledge of the key steps to onboard new clients to Apex Group. The Role & Key Responsibilities: • Maintenance of legal agreements and corporate documentation of the different product lines within the Apex Group. • Drafting and negotiating client service level/master service level agreements from the templates (and creating templates when required) • Contract redlining or document markup of legal documents with excellent negotiation skills • Responding to day-to-day enquiries from internal stakeholders and business partners. • Monitoring of relevant contractual terms and ad hoc tasks to support the Apex Group Legal Department • Create, manage and update relevant corporate databases and trackers • Coordinating contract execution. Skills Required: • An individual with a Law Degree (equivalent to LLB/LLM) • At least 4-5 years of proven experience in a similar position, preferably in Funds/Financial services company or a law firm. • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written form (any additional languages would be an asset
