As a Specialist for the Payments Department, you will develop a deep understanding and managing of the daily business, being responsible for the BAU processes.

You will achieve this by ensuring a high standard of service delivery and identifying growth opportunities.

• Maintaining all level checks, reviews, and processing of payments with a focus on reconciliation

• Understand International Payment Structures

• Booking/Approving of Payment related fees

• Know the cut off for each currencies utilized

• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements

• Participation in simple projects in addition to day-to-day responsibilities

• Determine priority in payments

• Acting as first contact person for payment related questions and issues

• Validation of money market transactions/FX

• Booking and validation of payments transactions

• Processing of complaints

• Sound knowledge of MS Office

• Previous reconciliation experience advantageous

• Experienced knowledge of the banking industry in the payments area and connected areas
