For the avoidance of doubt we do not deal with retail clients. We neither offer any securities (bonds, shares, notes etc.) nor do we act on behalf of any other financial institution to offer such securities to any clients.
As a Specialist for the Payments Department, you will develop a deep understanding and managing of the daily business, being responsible for the BAU processes.
You will achieve this by ensuring a high standard of service delivery and identifying growth opportunities.
Maintaining all level checks, reviews, and processing of payments with a focus on reconciliation
Understand International Payment Structures
Booking/Approving of Payment related fees
Know the cut off for each currencies utilized
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements
Participation in simple projects in addition to day-to-day responsibilities
Determine priority in payments
Acting as first contact person for payment related questions and issues
Validation of money market transactions/FX
Booking and validation of payments transactions
Processing of complaints
To apply for this Process Lead Payments role, you will need a degree in the relevant field (financial services, business, economics, accounting). You will also require the following:
Sound knowledge of MS Office
Previous reconciliation experience advantageous
Experienced knowledge of the banking industry in the payments area and connected areas
Hand-on attitude
English - fluent
other languages: advantageous
