As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance. You’ll utilize platforms such as LinkedIn and leading job boards to identify, attract, and engage top talent.

Job specification

  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and screen candidates using various recruitment tools. Do market mapping and conduct outbound calls to connect with potential candidates.
  • Advertising & candidate attraction: Drafting job advertisements with clear & engaging information reflective of both the role and company culture. Develop and send compelling outreach messages and outbound telephone that resonate with prospective candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial screening interviews, ensure timely booking of interviews across time zones with interviewers.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for pool of candidates who may be suitable for current or future roles within an organization.
  • Communication: Act as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring manager providing updates and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Offer: Presenting the offer to the candidate in a clear, professional manner, often discussing compensation, role expectations, benefits, and career growth opportunities.
  • Recruitment Administration: You will be responsible for all the administrative and logistical tasks required to support the recruitment process efficiently. Ensuring the hiring workflow runs smoothly from the job posting to onboarding.

Skills Required:

  • +3years experience in recruitment, HR, customer services or a similar function.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to connect and engage with candidates
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-driven and motivated with ability to stay focused in a busy, fast paced environment.
  • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving and teamwork
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging candidates effectively.
