Apex Group has an ideal opportunity for someone with Administrator experience seeking a new job in St. Helier, Jersey. We're looking for an Administrator, and the role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package.

As an Administrator in the Private Equity Team, you will report to the Senior Manager on the client team and be responsible for several important administrative tasks. This will ultimately enable the wider client & Private Equity team to continue to provide exceptional service to our clients.

In your first few weeks in this Administrator role, you can expect to:

  • Assist with monitoring the client email inbox to ensure tasks are allocated and dealt with promptly
  • Assist with the team with daily administrative tasks, such as setting up payments, drafting board meetings and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist the team with any ad-hoc client requests.
  • Maintain client records ensuring that our records remain up to date and complete.
  • Reviewing client KYC to ensure it is up to the relevant regulatory standard.

To apply for this Administrator role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:

  • Relevant experience working with investment structures.
  • Experienced CoSec skills including drafting minutes, and attending Board meetings.
  • Knowledge of the Code of Practice for Trust Company Business
