- Execute day-to-day Transfer Agency operations efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure queries and requests from Investor/ Client are dealt with a timely and professional manner
- Review of dealing documents (Subscription, Redemption, Transfer and Switching), Proceed Trade processing and Static Data maintenance, ensuring all records are processed timely and accurately on TA systems
- Handle investor onboarding and ongoing KYC due diligence processes.
- Ensure compliance with FATCA and CRS regulations in all client transactions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries and discrepancies.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies within the Transfer Agency function.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Transfer Agency operations.
- Strong knowledge of KYC, FATCA, and CRS regulations.
- Proficiency in using Transfer Agency systems and software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
