Apex Group is looking for a Senior Client Officer.
As a Senior Client Officer, you will provide Corporate and Trustee administration services, including progressive client contact, to a range of regulated collective investment funds and private wealth portfolios professionally and following regulatory requirements, service levels and company standards to meet with client expectations.
To give you an idea of how this Senior Client Officer role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Assist with the mentoring, development and coaching of less experienced team members, providing feedback and having input to appraisals
- Support the manager with delegating work to less experienced staff whilst retaining responsibility, giving clear instructions and timeframes and providing feedback as required
- Ensure that all weaknesses/incidents identified concerning service delivery are reported to a Manager, recorded, and agreed actions are properly implemented
- Contribute to the production and maintenance of operating procedures for all the entities administered

- A good understanding of tax issues (e.g IHT, CGT) concerning all client's portfolios administered to enable you to provide a full service to the client
- An excellent understanding of the relevant legal and regulatory requirements commensurate with responsibilities.
