Account Management Officer
Working Conditions:
This role requires a full 5-day in-office working week, promoting a collaborative and engaging workplace atmosphere.
Job specification
Responsibilities:
- Management & Administration of client account information, ensuring our core banking system is up to date and reflects current client details - i.e., Fund lifecycle events and other compliance relevant processes.
Adherence of regulatory requirements regarding AML/KYC, CRS & FATCA/QI; - Working on account issues & client reporting closely with teams of the Onboarding & Account Management, as well as wider departments within the European Depositary Bank and Apex Group.
- Numerical document management.
- Various signature checks where applicable.
- Further tasks might be assigned according to the business requirements.
Skills Required:
- Educational level: University degree - Bachelor (or above) in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
- Working experience: minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking sector
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Analytical skills & interpretation of data
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications
- Attention to detail
- A problem-solving attitude
- Any other language advantageous
