Apex Group has an ideal opportunity for someone with Company Secretarial experience seeking a new job in St. Helier, Jersey. We're looking for a Company Secretary, and the role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package.

As an Company Secretary in the Private Equity Team, you will report to the Senior Manager on the client team and be responsible for several important tasks. This will ultimately enable the wider client & Private Equity team to continue to provide exceptional service to our clients.

In your role, you can expect:

  • Minute writing
  • Attending client meetings and note taking
  • Board pack and other meeting materials preparation and distribution
  • Assist the team with any incorporations / liquidations
  • Maintain client company secretarial records ensuring that our records remain up to date and complete.
  • Assisting with Ad-hoc projects and management reporting

Regulatory reporting including:

  • Annual confirmation statements to Jersey Registry
  • Update associated parties forms to Jersey Registry
  • Other ad hoc filings to the Jersey registry
  • Jersey and Guernsey tax return preparation and completion
  • Substance tests and assessment completion for Jersey and Guernsey tax returns, including WIP reporting.
  • LEI maintenance and processing
  • Training provided to teams and individuals on all of the above

  • Relevant experience working within the funds environment .
  • Experienced CoSec skills
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations
