Business Partner
Role Location: Isle of Man
Department: Finance
Employment Type: Fulltime
The Role & Key Responsibilities:
· Oversight and management of the monthly management accounts
· Presentation of the management accounts to local directors
· Board pack prep
· Board pack presentation
· Audit point of contact, review, provide data etc
· Work with directors on the budgets
· Prep any figures needed for exco reporting on weekly/monthly basis
· Process any dividends for Paxus on regular basis
· Work with dedicated people for IOM in AR/AP to ensure deliverables being met
· Have existing finance junior reporting into them based in IOM
· Involved in monthly business reviews
· Handle promissory notes with group for Financial Statements
· Work with the wider finance team in India to ensure all financial statements are drafted prior to audit
· Ensure year end processes are completed as per group instructions
· Work closely with the directors on any Ad Hoc projects as and when required.
