FATCA/CRS reporting Associate​

LOCATION - Full time employment in Tel Aviv/Beit Shemesh

Israeli Hedge Fund Administrator seeking FATCA/CRS reporting Associate to manage client reporting obligations and prepare fund’s reporting files.

Job Specification

  • Working individually and as part of a team to cover an assigned set of funds as a knowledgeable and professional point of contact for fund investors, fund managers and internal teams regarding FATCA / CRS documentation.
  • Adhere to established policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Works with implementation and other internal teams to prepare reporting files.
  • Collaborate with all relevant parties using effective verbal and written communication to ensure deadlines and client deliverables are being met in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of assigned funds, deal documentation when there is change in circumstances.
  • Understand workflows and organize responsibilities and priorities to meet and manage deadlines with exceptional attention to detail and follow through.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned, including automation efforts, enhanced controls…
  • How will look your day- answering to email from clients+ IS/AM, reviewing documents, creating reporting files, dealing with the Tax portal.

Skills Required

  • One year of professional experience in the industry.
  • Technical skills; Excel/Microsoft products
  • Languages skills; English/ Hebrew
