Account Manager - Registry , Investor Services

Location : Sydney

Description

This role is to ensures the delivery of high quality and accurate services to clients and investors by providing exceptional oversight of our offshore teams. This role will manage the relationship of clients to ensure effective delivery of services.

Job specification

  • Provide the quality assurance on all applications, redemptions, switches and transfers from the offshore team

  • Review and release periodic, quarterly, distributions and exit statements to investors and clients within SLA’s

  • Reviewing, clearing and signing off bank reconciliations

  • Review pending and settled reports and distributing to clients

  • Manage the compliance requirements for clients including completing incident reports, implementing remediation and working with internal and external compliance stakeholders on key compliance requirements

  • Manage Calastone transactions including daily reconciliations and issue resolution

  • Understanding and maintaining Fee Rebate schedules

  • Executing the Fee Rebate transactions at month end and submitting to clients for review

  • Contribute to client management reporting and attend client servicing meetings when required

  • Ensure the quality of services provided to clients meet their expectations

  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders on client management and delivery

  • Proactively address and work to problem solve client queries

  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Skills Required:

  • 2 years fund services experience

  • Commercial experience in working with clients in a delivery service model

  • Exposure to offshoring models would be highly advantageous

  • Adhere to deadlines

  • Foster positive relations with client

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • High level attention to detail

  • Strong team player

  • Strong communication and analytical skills

  • An understanding and interest in financial markets

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to prioritise tasks.
