PAYMENT ADMINSTRATOR : CORPORATE SOLUTIONS
Role Location: Johannesburg / Pretoria
Department: Corporate Solutions
Employment Type: Full time permanent
The Role
To liaise with and support the Corporate Solutions team in United Kingdom with payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process individual payment instructions.
- Inputting of payments into relevant banking systems.
- Liaison with internal banking and treasury teams.
- Liaisons with contacts at third party banks.
- Assist with arranging authorisation of payments for teams in other jurisdictions.
- Maintain diary task lists and ensure tasks are cleared on a timely basis.
- Perform other administrative duties as necessary to support the team.
- Ensure that all compliance and mandatory training is completed within required timescales.
Qualifications
- Banking or Finance diploma
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in preparing and processing of payments.
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy;
- Excellent communication and organization skills;
- Should be fluent in English and attend to all correspondence in English.
