What we’re looking for:

• Experience: 02 to 17 years
• Qualifications - Bachelors/master’s in commerce/management/MBA/ ICWA/CA/CS (Inter/Qualified)
• Procure-to-pay (P2P), Month-end Close/Accruals, General Ledger (GL) Reconciliation, Internal/ External Audit Exposure, Legal Entity/Inter-company Accounting, Preparation/ review of Financial Statement (Trial Balance/Profit & Loss/ Balance Sheet, Schedules), Direct and Indirect Taxes.
• Month-end processes (Flash/ MOM Variance/ Variance to Plan, Forecast, ME Closure), Planning & Forecasting, Reforecasting / Revenue, Detailed People Cost, Capex, OPEX planning / Variance Analysis / Stakeholder Management / Reporting - Internal / External (Lenders PPT, Organic Growth, LTM View. etc.).
• Order to Cash, Billing, Cash Applications, Collections, Credit Control, O2C, Vendor and Statutory Payments / Disbursement, Bank Reconciliation Statement.
• PPT, Excel proficiency is a must - V-lookup, H-Lookup, pivots, basic and some advanced formulae used for managing large datasets, for analyzing data, giving valid commentary basis variance, various Models for deep dive analysis and quick churning of data with every change, various Exec. presentations.
• "Workday / Adaptive" System experience is added advantage
