Description
This is an exciting opportunity for to join a growing global business and support a team of real assets fund administration professionals. The role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in fund administration and gain exposure to real asset investments.

Job specification

  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to performing and coordinating a variety of administrative duties and tasks including

  • Support the team in providing accurate and timely fund administration and accounting services on a day-to-day basis.

  • Assist in preparing and recording journal entries for partnership accounts and special purpose vehicles under supervision.

  • Help process payments in accordance with internal policies and maintain financial records.

  • Assist in preparing audit schedules and liaising with auditors during the audit process.

  • Support the preparation of investor reports, capital calls, and distribution notices.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in working with numbers.

  • Good communication skills; proficiency in English preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
