Job Title: Head of Fund Integration – Transfer Agency (MEAM)
Location: Bangalore / Pune / Mumbai – India

As Head of Fund Integration for the MEAM region, you will lead the onboarding and integration of fund clients across diverse jurisdictions, overseeing investor setup, data migration, and operational readiness within the Transfer Agency function. You’ll be the regional face of integration—bridging client expectations, regulatory frameworks, and internal delivery teams to ensure seamless transitions and long-term client satisfaction.
This role demands a strategic thinker with deep operational expertise, regional market knowledge, and the ability to lead complex cross-border projects. You’ll work closely with global teams while tailoring solutions to MEAM’s unique fund structures, investor profiles, and regulatory environments.

Job Specification
- Lead end-to-end fund onboarding and integration projects across MEAM jurisdictions
- Define regional integration strategy aligned with global TA standards and local regulatory requirements
- Oversee investor data migration, system configuration, and workflow setup across platforms
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Product teams to interpret offering documents and ensure accurate investor setup
- Manage client communications, project timelines, and delivery milestones
- Drive automation and digital onboarding initiatives tailored to MEAM client needs
- Build and mentor a high-performing regional integration team
- Ensure adherence to AML/KYC, FATCA, CRS, and other investor compliance protocols
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Fund Accounting, Client Services, and Technology
- Monitor KPIs and continuously improve onboarding efficiency, accuracy, and client experience
Skills Required
- 12–15+ years of experience in Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, or Investor Services
- Proven track record in leading fund onboarding/integration projects in MEAM or emerging markets
- Strong understanding of investor lifecycle, regulatory frameworks, and fund structures (UCITS, Sharia-compliant, Private Equity, etc.)
- Experience with TA platforms (e.g., Paxus, eFront, PureFunds, Investran ,Mantra, AllVue, proprietary systems)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex client engagements
- Educational background: MBA / CFA / CA / M.Com or equivalent
