The Role & Key Responsibilities:
• Calculation of Depositary fees and further support in the billing process;
• Support in the verifying the ownership of the assets of the funds that are not
held in custody and are defined as “other assets / alternative assets”;
• Support the daily cash flow monitoring on all relevant cash flows;
• Support in the control activities in the Depositary Oversight for both, fund
investing in liquid and funds investing in alternative assets;
• Maintenance of ongoing reports, e.g. on Key Performance indicators;
• Review of Net Asset Value calculation and Transfer Agency checks;
• Support Audit requests.

Skills Required:
• A degree in Finance or Business Administration and/or experience in the
financial sector, preferably a Bank, Fund Administration company, Audit firm or
similar;
• Fluent English knowledge (C1 written & conversational) – German is a plus;
• Knlowdledge of UCITS and Non UCITS funds;
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose
solutions and make decisions;
• Strong communication, influence and interpersonal skills including the ability to set up solid cross-functional partnerships;

• Entrepreneurial mind-set and results driven, with a can-do attitude and resilient
in a pressurized environment;
• Organized and accurate in working methodologies. with an eye for the detail and
ability to work in a cross functional stakeholder environment;
• Team worker and willing to pick up other duties to assist in a small finance team;
