We currently hold fund and securitisation structures with a total value of $260 billion. This is mainly allocated to alternative investments, including real estate, private equity, private debt and renewable energies & infrastructure (as of March 31, 2024).
For the avoidance of doubt we do not deal with retail clients. We neither offer any securities (bonds, shares, notes etc.) nor do we act on behalf of any other financial institution to offer such securities to any clients.
We are currently looking for a qualified Senior Due Diligence Manager (m/f/d) to support our department Depositary Oversight in Luxembourg.

The Role & Key Responsibilities:
The essence of the position is to ensure the fulfillment of due diligence obligations as part of the oversight responsibilities of a Depositary, as outlined in various European and Luxembourg regulations, laws and circulars
Performance of the initial and ongoing due diligence on Alternative Investment Fund Managers / Management Companies, Central Administrators and Registrar- and Transfer Agents
Review and assessment of due diligence questionnaires as well as supporting documentation
Performance of onsite visits with the Alternative Investment Fund Managers / Management Companies, Central Administrators and Registrar- and Transfer Agents
Acting as first point of contact for all stakeholders within this process and management of internal communication based on due diligence outcomes
Participate in internal projects and represent the due diligence function
Participate in the annual review and update process of the due diligence questionnaire
Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards
Skills Required
Banking apprenticeship and/or Bachelor / Master degree in relevant field (economics, business administration, Finance)
Several years of relevant practical experience in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of fund structures / industry as well as related functions (Depositary, Alternative Investment Fund Managers / Management Companies, Central Administrators and Registrar- and Transfer Agents, etc.)
Good knowledge of the relevant European and Luxembourg regulations, laws and circulars (e.g. AIFMD, EU Delegation regulation 213/2013, etc.)
Ownership and responsibility for creating and delivering high-value results according to set target
Strong analytical and decision-making skills as well as a structured way of working
Ability work successfully both autonomously and within teams,
Ability to set priorities, be flexible and highly accurate
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Teams)
Fluent communication skills in English, German and French advantageous
