You’ll work with the Document Management team. We provide collaboration and agile solutions to organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500's. Our products, including the award-winning app Comala Document Management, enhance teamwork for thousands of businesses across the world.
What You’ll Do:
- Work on some of the top apps for Atlassian Confluence
- Implement great features for products that users love using
- As a Team Lead, you will supervise a team of developers ranging from associate to senior levels.
- You will be responsible for assigning tasks, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining high service standards.
- You will play a critical role in shaping the team's performance and morale, contributing to our company's success.
You’re A Good Fit If:
- You have leadership and supervisory skills.
- You have excellent technical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated understanding of software development
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-driven, self-managed and efficient
- A person with great technical, interpersonal and communication skills
About You:
- 5+ years’ experience as a software developer
- Experience as a web developer with Javascript or similar languages/technologies
- Understand asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
- Familiarity with a diverse range of technologies, including but not limited to AWS, React, Node.js, Typescript, and REST.
- Any experience with the following technologies is a plus: Heroku, Jenkins, Github, Atlassian tools
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Experience as a tech lead or understanding the dynamics of a team is a plus
