Job Purpose and Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our People Team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a leading software company. The successful candidate will support the People Operations Team in daily operations, projects, and initiatives, gaining insights into the HR profession and the software industry.
What You Will Do
- HR Support: Assist with day-to-day HR activities, including employee inquiries, documentation, and HR systems maintenance.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and information.
- Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, contributing ideas and providing support as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Assist in the preparation of compliance reports.
What We Would Like to See
- Graduated or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Be able to work from our Warsaw office at least 4 days a week
- Knowledge of Polish and English language is a must
What We Offer
Salary ranges: 5000-5800zł gross per month (Umowa zlecenie)
