1. Utilize Salesforce/Force.com skills to continuously deliver business solutions while maintaining existing functionality Salesforce
\n
2. Identify solutions to inefficient workflows
\n
3. Understand, analyze, and improve upon the business systems in place, as well as integrated applications
\n
4. Maintain required documentation and proactively identify improvement opportunities through systematic measurements and analysis
\n
5. Partner with management, analytics and end-users to create and manage Salesforce and FinancialForce functionality including but not exclusive to workflow rules, data validation, and process builders
\n
6. Act as a SME in the discovery and investigation of critical production problems

7. Maintain and support custom objects, formulas, validation rules, workflows, flows, process builder, approvals, and assignment rules

Scope
Knowledge: A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position.
Complexity: Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
Supervision: Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Utilize Salesforce/Force.com skills to continuously deliver business solutions while maintaining existing functionality Salesforce
2. Identify solutions to inefficient workflows
3. Understand, analyze, and improve upon the business systems in place, as well as integrated applications
4. Maintain required documentation and proactively identify improvement opportunities through systematic measurements and analysis
5. Partner with management, analytics and end-users to create and manage Salesforce and FinancialForce functionality including but not exclusive to workflow rules, data validation, and process builders
6. Act as a SME in the discovery and investigation of critical production problems
7. Maintain and support custom objects, formulas, validation rules, workflows, flows, process builder, approvals, and assignment rules
8. Develop custom Apex based solutions to satisfy business needs

5+ years of Salesforce Apex and configuration
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Salesforce Admin and Salesforce Platform Developer(PD1) certification (mandatory)
Should have 5 years(min) real time experience in “Apex code”(exp in Apex class, triggers, SOQL, Batch classes)
Working experience in Lighting & LWC(lightening web components)
Salesforce CRM or CPQ modules/cloud working experience.
Platform Developer2 certificate recommended.
