What you will be doing:

Participate as a member of the wider support team to fix bugs, deploy bugfixes and/or customizations and/or provide on-going support to existing installations.
\n
Contributes to knowledge sharing by securing solutions in knowledge base items.
\n
Connects both with team members and with other teams to get the best solution for the customer.
\n
Is responsible for the continuation of several team KPIs and reports to Team Lead.
\n
Actively develops own knowledge of the product in various areas.
\n
May be required to design solutions and prepare design specifications.
\n
Provide solutions to customer problems in a timely manner by receiving, clarifying and investigating incidents.
\n
Help resolve dysfunctional behavior.
\n
Consult with customers in the configuration and usage of application modules; research and resolve problems and issues.
\n
Participate in system and release testing and QA as needed.
\n

About You:

Around 2 years of technical Microsoft NAV and Business Central development experience
\n
Knowledge of AL language
\n
Fluent English

What you will be doing:
Participate as a member of the wider support team to fix bugs, deploy bugfixes and/or customizations and/or provide on-going support to existing installations.
Contributes to knowledge sharing by securing solutions in knowledge base items.
Connects both with team members and with other teams to get the best solution for the customer.
Is responsible for the continuation of several team KPIs and reports to Team Lead.
Actively develops own knowledge of the product in various areas.
May be required to design solutions and prepare design specifications.
Provide solutions to customer problems in a timely manner by receiving, clarifying and investigating incidents.
Help resolve dysfunctional behavior.
Consult with customers in the configuration and usage of application modules; research and resolve problems and issues.
Participate in system and release testing and QA as needed.
About You:
Around 2 years of technical Microsoft NAV and Business Central development experience
Knowledge of AL language
Fluent English
