Our ERP Implementation Consultants work to understand and implement our customers’ business processes and needs.
About you
\n
We are looking for people who:
\n
\n
Have at least 5 years of customer facing experience implementing ERP systems, preferably in a Food & Beverage environment (Food Manufacturing and Food Supply Chain industries especially)
\n
Know Microsoft Business Central deeply and are keen on working together with our customers
\n
Understand and can implement business processes and needs into ERP configuration
\n
Outstanding analytical skills, presentation and client facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively
\n
\n
\n
Some things that would put you ahead of the pack:
\n
Microsoft Business Central Consultants with food or fresh produce experience (preferably Foodware) are particularly sought, and any candidate with NAV Financial knowledge as well as trade and logistics would be highly prized. We envisage that this candidate would have 5 to 12 years’ experience as a NAV consultant.

Meet with the customer to understand their business requirements, pain points, and processes

Translate business requirements into software configuration and be able to connect the dots for the customer as to how the software configuration will address their specific needs

Translate business changes into functional design documents and be able to relay this to a developer
\n
Proactively manage the customer needs
\n
Thoroughly test the solution and address the “what if” scenarios
