Overview

Customer Support Analyst

Location: Wrocław

 What you will be doing:

  • resolving support tickets,
  • contributes to knowledge sharing by securing solutions in knowledge base items,
  • connects both with team members and with other teams to get the best solution for the customer,
  • transfers more complex issues to Support L2 or L3,
  • perform various administrative tasks that contribute to the achievement of team KPIs,
  • actively develops own knowledge of the product in various areas,
  • works both independently and as a part of the team, showing empathy and sense of urgency to escalate customer issues and collaborate to provide timely resolution,
  • adheres to department performance goals and production standards.

 

What do you need: 

  • general IT literacy,
  • basic idea about SQL servers,
  • good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
  • fluent English is a must,
  • excellent verbal and written business-communication skills, including active listening,
  • strong multi-tasking skills,
  • strong investigation and analytical skills,
  • knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems will be an asset,
